Nip + Fab Deep Cleansing Fix

I have been testing out a couple of new things for my skin over the last month or so, and I have come to discover a new favourite product that I felt I needed to share. This is the new Nip + Fab Deep Cleansing Fix, an affordable, multi-purpose product aimed at those with blemish-prone skin.

This is a fairly thick cream cleanser that you can use for just about anything, which I think is why I so quickly came to love it; I love a multi-purpose product! On their website, Nip + Fab claim it has six different uses:

1) Removes make-up
2) Deeply cleanses
3) Can be used as mini 10 minute mask
4) Leave on overnight as an intensive hydrating mask
5) Can be applied directly to blemishes
6) Exfoliating action when used with a muslin cloth

After using this product almost exclusively for the most part of the last month, I can confidently confirm that it is excellent in all six ways.

Firstly, it is brilliant at removing my makeup. I like to rub a generous amount all over my face paying close attention to the areas that have the most makeup (eyes, eyebrows, lips), and then I remove it all with a hot flannel. Once the makeup is gone, it is also a really nice product to use to cleanse the skin. It contains tea tree oil (a natural antibacterial) for the ‘deep cleansing’, has a lovely fresh eucalyptus scent and it leaves the skin clean and hydrated. You don’t get that tightness or dryness that you often get with a lot of cleansers. My favourite way to use this product, however, is as an over night mask. I like to use a thin layer all over my face before bed and remove it in the morning. It has definitely been my best tool in calming recent breakouts.

Perhaps the best thing about this product is the price. For £7.95 you get a huge 300ml of cleanser (I can see this tub lasting for absolutely ages). When you bear in mind the fact that this is essentially not just one product, but six, and the fact that it is currently half price at Superdrug, this is an absolute bargain.
