You may have seen this product featured in my February favourites. I got my first pot of this just after Christmas, so I’ve managed to make it last well considering it takes quite a lot of product to coat all of my hair. I’ve already got a new pot of this on the go, I love it so much. It give me soft bouncy curls with minimal frizz, plus it smells incredible. A lovely occasional treat for the hair, as it is a bit pricey.
This is my absolute favourite cleanser. It’s an affordable silky oil cleanser that is excellent at removing makeup and softening the skin, and smells gorgeous too. I really cannot recommend it enough, it’s a great place to start if you’ve never used a product like this before. I massage one pump of it over the top of any makeup I have on, paying particular attention to mascara and eyeliner. I then add water to emulsify it, and wash it all off with a hot flannel. One word of warning: the bottle leaks like hell.
This is probably my number one eyebrow product. And yes, I have already repurchased it. This is long-wearing eyebrow colour in pen form, with a really fine brush applicator. You are able to achieve both natural looking and bold eyebrows in no time at all. And it will stay put all day. This is great if you have quite sparse eyebrows because you can draw in tiny brush strokes that mimic hairs. I think it’s absolutely worth the price.
I was sad when I used up the last of this product. I have since bought a couple of other similar products (Palmer’s Manuka Flower Honey Leave-In Conditioner and Tresemme Oleo Radiance Hair Mist). And honestly I don’t enjoy using them as much as I did the coconut oil formula. Mainly because I loved having hair that smelled of coconut all day, but also I think this was better at controlling frizz than both of the new sprays I bought. I think I’ll be switching back to this when I run out again.
This is basically the solid oil version of the Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil. I use this one when I travel, since the bottle of oil is a nightmare to try and move anywhere without it leaking. I find this to be just as effective at removing makeup and softening the skin as the oil. If anything, it only slightly lacks the luxurious silkiness that the oil has that makes it so lovely to use.
More coconut! If you love anything coconut scented as much as I do, you will probably love this hand cream. It has quite a sweet scent that, to me, smells like coconut cookies. It great because it’s pretty fast absorbing and non-greasy, and the moisture seems to last well; I don’t feel like it need to reapply it too often. Plus, it is affordable, made with natural coconut oil, and is paraben, sulfate and mineral oil free!
